ENG: Title: Sarabande and Fugue in E minor. Author: Giuseppe Milanesi alias Sirlen della Lanca (1891-1950). Revision and fingering: Carlo Aonzo. Instruments: solo mandolin. Level: very advanced. Content: score and parts (3 pages). Notes: published in 1922 in the periodical “Il Plettro” of Milan, it was probably up to that moment the most difficult piece for solo mandolin requiring even the use of the left thumb in the fingering. Clearly inspired by Bach works, it shows exact indications by the author on where to use the tremolo and where the staccato.
ITA: Titolo: Sarabanda e Fuga in mi minore. Autore: Giuseppe Milanesi alias Sirlen della Lanca (1891-1950). Revisione e diteggiatura: Carlo Aonzo. Organico: mandolino solo. Livello: molto avanzato. Contenuto: parte singola (3 pagine).
